Alana Agustin is the owner and creative force behind Echelon Beauty Kauaʻi and ALANA Haircare. A fifth-generation Kauaʻi girl, Alana blends island authenticity with refined artistry, bringing over 17 years of professional experience to every bride and client she serves. Her signature approach—equal parts luxury, heart, and precision—has made her one of Hawaiʻi’s most sought-after stylists.

Rooted in the small paniolo town of Kalaheo, Alana grew up surrounded by the values of hard work, humility, and community. Today, she channels that same spirit into creating modern, humidity-resistant beauty for real women who want to look and feel their best in paradise. Her work bridges effortless island glam with editorial sophistication—whether styling an intimate elopement on the beach or a full-scale luxury wedding overlooking the Pacific.

Inspired by her clients’ needs and Hawaiʻi’s unique climate, Alana created ALANA Haircare—a plant-powered line designed to nourish, protect, and perfect hair in tropical conditions. Every formula reflects her belief that luxury beauty should be high-performing, sustainable, and rooted in care.

She continues to refine her craft through advanced training and education, ensuring her techniques evolve with modern trends while honoring timeless beauty.

Beyond the salon, Alana finds joy in her greatest roles—being a wife to her firefighter husband, a proud mom to her two daughters, and a fur mom to their Goldendoodle, Lilly, and cat, Sprinkles.
