Alana Agustin - Owner

Alana is the owner of Echelon Beauty as well as ALANA Haircare. A fifth-generation Kaua’i girl, Alana is proud to bring her 14 years of experience to every client, passionate about meeting their needs and empowering them through beauty. Alana also somehow manages to run two businesses while never losing sight of her #1 priority, her family. 

Growing up in the small paniolo town of Kalaheo, Alana spent most of her childhood immersed in the rodeo community. Today, Alana is a successful hair and makeup stylist specializing in both every day and wedding looks built to combat Hawai’i's humid weather. It was the environmental stressors on her clients' hair that drove Alana to curate her plant-powered haircare line, complete with in-shower treatments as well as a full style line.

Alana loves to inspire her clients through making them feel like the best versions of themselves - whether it be their wedding day or a regular weekday. As both a bridal hair and make-up stylist and a cut and color artist, she embraces every opportunity to make her clients feel beautiful from the inside out.

Alana's work has been featured in Town & Country, Basic, Vogue and People Magazine, as well as in various photoshoots, tv, and commercial publications.  She continues her education with regular seminars and classes to stay on top of the latest in her field. Aside from hair and makeup styling, Alana enjoys spending time with her two young daughters and firefighter husband, and of course being a fur mom to her Goldendoodle Lilly and cat Sprinkles.
